DRESS GUIDELINES (Available at our “Dancers’ Boutique”) Combo Classes: *Appropriate dance attire, tan tap shoes, pink ballet shoes. Tap: *Appropriate dance attire.  Tap shoes to be specified by the teacher. Jazz: *Appropriate dance attire and tan jazz shoes (unless otherwise specified by the teacher). Lyrical: *Appropriate dance attire.  Lyrical shoes to be specified by the teacher. Ballet: Black Leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes.  Hair must be worn in a bun. Acrobatics: *Appropriate dance attire and bare feet. Hip Hop: Comfortable street clothes and hip hop shoes or sneakers. *APPROPRIATE DANCE ATTIRE: LEOTARD AND TIGHTS OR DANCE TOP AND DANCE PANTS.  IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ALL SHOES BE PROPERLY FITTED.    CONDUCT Students are advised that excessive talking, and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated by the teachers.  Any student exhibiting unacceptable behavior will be asked to leave the classroom.   FOOD AND DRINK No one is permitted in the classroom with chewing gum, candy, food, or drinks.  Water is permitted.     OBSERVING CLASSES Parents only, will be allowed to observe dance classes during the first lesson of November, February, and April, unless otherwise advised.  All observers are requested to refrain from conversation while in the classroom.   ABSENCES There is no tuition reimbursement for missing scheduled classes; however, students may attend other regularly scheduled classes at their same level.  Please contact the office to arrange a make-up class if this should be necessary.   STUDENT DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP Parents are asked to make every effort to drop off their students on time for class and to pick them up as soon as their class has ended.
